Maritza's Dog training was set up post-pandemic in March 2023. Since the outbreak of the corona virus in 2019, we are all spending more time at home, with a lot of us even working from home. With this, the number of dog owners in the UK seems to have hit an all time high, which is great as there are now fewer dogs in shelters and pounds across the country. Unfortunately though, this has meant more and more people are getting dogs, without a full understanding of exactly what it may involve.

We are strong believers that every dog should be able to reach its full potential, and every owner deserves to see their dog at that level. There is no better feeling than being at the dog park and hearing "wow, he's well trained", or "how did you get her to do that". There is no reason why you can't be proud of your dog in every situation you find yourselves in.
